The excavation and foundation of the Lang Vei camp under construction in about July '67. Visible are A Team Leader CPT Frank Willoughby (L), behind him one of the Navy Seabees who built the camp, and MAJ Robert Raymond, who was the C Team XO, and later CO, for a brief time.
