Comments: A-502 was a unique team . . . beginning to end. Detachment A-502 was (an still is) known as the largest Special Forces A-Team ever establisted. Remarkable men served there and I was privileged to work with many of them.

If you worked w/SF: I was given the assignment of serving as A-502's S2/S3 Oficer for most of 1968. It was in this role that I was able to witness the dedication of the men of A-502.
