I'm Ken Rhodes from the 57th AHC the Gladiators, we flew you guys over on FOB-2. Was your base camp? I was a crew chief on a slick.

We got hit over in Laos on April 4th 1969, we lost a bird over there on the 1st of April also. I have been looking all these years for the SF team that pulled me out of the Helicopter that day. I had JP-4 all over me, and I can remember them saying get his cloths off of him fast or he will cook, and get them out before this thing blows. I had a gun shot wound in the left leg and a broken right leg and my eye was hanging out of the socket. Hope someone can remember that day.
