My name is Charles A. (Charlie) Noyes.
I was a Sgt. at A-341, Bu dop in 69 - 70.
When I arrived at Bu Dop in SEP 69, Capt. Harlan Van Winkle was the
newly arrived C.O., 1st.Lt. Fager was X.O., Lt. Mike (Buddha) Zielinski
was CAPO, MSG Seales was team sergeant, SFC James Smyth was I&O NCO,
SSG Gifford was medical superviser, I was the medical specialist, SFC
Gilbert Aparis was the commo superviser, Sgt. Mike Parks was the commo
specialist; I cannot recall the remaining team members at present. The
team was in a state of flux at the time and people were coming and going
so fast it was hard to keep up.
