Teams/Camps in SE ASIA: I was USN Attached to Moc Hoa as an Advisor
MACV Naval Advisory Group ATF-212, coordinated
w/US & Vietnamese as Senior Radioman for USN
units Advisory capacity.
At MOC HOA worked with B-41 Detachment 5th Special
Forces Group.

Comments: The men I worked with attached to B-41 Detachment
5th SF Gp. were professional and well trained.
We were well versed on our E & E tactics at the
Moc Hoa base camp. After I was transferred to
another unit as an Advisor with Vietnamese Marines/Navy at Dong Hung in IV Corp TZ did the
E & E HELP! As we were over run 06 November 1969.

If you worked w/SF: USN ATF-211 & ATF-212 (211 were the River Assault
Craft) (212 were the PBR's) served with
MACV Naval Advisory Group -- coordinated between
ground forces operating out of Moc Hoa and the
River Patrol Boats. This was primarily the
B-41 Detach. of 5th SF also some LRRP teams from the 25th Inf. Div.
