I served with the 10th SFG in Bad Tolz in 67 to 68 and with the 5th SFG in Co C and B-16 from 68 to 70.

Since I did not go through training group I want to thank every SF soldier for allowing me to serve with you. Not a day passes that I don't think of that time. Sometimes in fun and sometimes with pain. But always with pride.

I am also very proud to say that my nephew went through Ranger school and Training Group and is now a team leader in 5th Group; Capt. Glenn Johnson
