Wayne Marshall Anderson
He was a part of 5th SF MACV-SOG operating out of FOB-2 Kontum. I believe A Company Hatchet force but I've also seen B company??? He was 20 years old, named Wayne Marshall Anderson "Andy" Ranked Staff Sergeant.
Wayne was killed while on mission into Laos on December 3, 1969.
I have found and spoken with Sgt. Robert (Hulk) Seper who was there that day and also with SFC. Adolph Straussfogel. Both of who were very kind to me and helping me put some pieces together around Wayne's passing. I also know Wayne was very close to Terry "Minnie" Minnihan who also served with him in A Company Hatchet force
As well I have been in touch with Kyle "Twiggy" Dean and Frank Greco, both of who have been extremely helpful.
