A-114, 1st SFGA

A-114, commanded by Capt Ekman, was located at Suoi Da, Tay Ninh province, III CTZ, from 9 October 1964 to 6 April 1965. The Detachment was given the mission of interdicting VC infiltration routes within War Zone "C". In addition to conducting combat operations, the Detachment implemented extensive civic action programs and psychological warfare operations within its area of operations.**
