Detachment A-334, 1st SFGA

A-334, commanded by Capt Lockridge, was located initially at Dak To, Kontum Province, II CTZ, during the period 6 November 1964 -15 January 1 January, the Detachment was split; A-334A, under command of Capt Lockridge moved to Pleiku, Pleiku Province, II CTZ. A-334B, under the command of the Executive Officer, Capt Neumann, moved to Plateau Gi and built a new camp. Capt Neumann's home town sent 54 large boxes of clothing and blankets for families of the Strike Force personnel. The Detachment returned to Okinavm on 21 April 1965.**
